Activity Information
Our Assisted Digital Offer forms part of our adult learning and inclusion work, providing in-person support to help people access essential online services. This includes help with Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Reduction claims.
The service is delivered through our network of libraries and focuses on supporting individuals who may lack digital access or confidence. Our trained staff can assist with setting up email accounts, navigating online forms, and managing benefit claims. The service is designed to be hands-on and face-to-face, ensuring participants get the guidance they need in a supportive environment.
